What Happens in a Coaching Session?
Before you book, I recommend you call me on 01223 426392 so that we can
have a chat and you can decide if this is right for you. This is a free
consultation.
Coaching can be booked for individuals or groups.
During the first session we get to know each other and
create trust. You have the opportunity to discuss what changes you’d like
to make in your life. I will help you decide what you need and plan the
next steps.
This is your space to say anything you want knowing that
everything you say will be treated as confidential.
After this session my clients often feel relieved that
they’ve got things off their chest and also excited about what they can
achieve.
In the following sessions we discuss what’s gone well since
we last met and sort out how to overcome the challenges you still face.
Together we decide what action, if any, you’ll take between
sessions so that you can get results faster
How Long Does It Take and How Often Are the Sessions?
I can be very flexible about how the coaching programme
is arranged.
For instance, you can choose to have a series of weekly
sessions, take a half-day block or …
Most of my clients choose to book 6 one hour sessions in
advance and space them at weekly intervals. These is a
reasonable amount of time to see significant changes.
Many clients choose to continue because they discover that
having a coach on their ‘life team’ helps them to lead
happier, healthier and wealthier lives. It makes life so
much easier.
Where Do the Sessions Take Place?
Sessions take place over the phone or face-to-face.
We can meet at my practice in Cambridge
For longer sessions and for group coaching or training,
it’s possible for me to visit you.
